Bus

Bus
Bus – Caracas has 43 Metrobus routes that cover various parts of the city, and charge the same fare as the Metro (subway) – using the same ticket. Some of these bus routes cover outerlying areas not covered by the Metro itself, and (in effect) connect such passengers to the last stop of a Metro train line. A one-way bus ride costs Bs. 1.50 (US$.23 cents). Passengers can also buy a “multi-abono” ticket, which covers 10 rides, for Bs. 13.50 (US$2.14). Bus passengers that intend on continuing their journey via Metro (subway) should make sure their ticket is designated” integrado” (which allows passengers to freely transfer from bus to train, and vice versa).
