Parque Central (Av.Lecuna e/Av. Libertador, El Conde, Caracas) – despite its name (which is Spanish for “Central Park”), this is actually a housing, commercial and cultural development. This includes the twin towers of Parque Central (at 225 meters in height, they are the second-largest skyscrapers in Latin America). This area is close to the city’s museum district.
